Tell me what you sell.
I will tell you what is missing.

I am Robin Bouvet. I build websites and internal tools for small companies, on my own, from France. No agency, no account manager, no monthly fee to change a line of your own text.

Three things, and nothing else.

01

Sites that take the money

Booking, ordering and payment happen on your own domain. No platform in between, no commission on every night or every order.

02

Internal tools

The spreadsheet everyone dreads, turned into something your team can actually use. Built around how you already work, not around a template.

03

The handover

Source code, hosting, domain and every account go into your name. There is no subscription required to edit your own pages, and no lock-in if you leave.

In service

Two clients, named, with their sites live.

Two is not many, and I would rather say so than pad the page with logos nobody can check.

La Boire Bavard

Fifteen to twenty per cent of every night was going out in platform commission. The site now takes the booking and the payment directly, day and night, in French and English, from one codebase.

Sport Network

The launch communication was scheduled, the product was not ready. A page that opens the waiting list before the product exists, and that had to open instantly on a phone, in a stadium, on a saturated network.

Before anyone is a client

Six proposals, built before any first contact.

Whole pages, made for real companies before ever writing to them, then anonymised. Nobody ordered them, nobody paid for them, and each one carries its real weight measured in the browser. Pull the lever and the machine hands you one at random. The pages themselves are in French, because the companies they were built for are.

How it goes.

  1. 01

    Twenty minutes

You tell me what you sell, to whom, and what currently gets in the way. No slides, no discovery workshop.

  2. 02

    A written plan

What I would build, in what order, what it costs, and what I would not build. Free, and yours whether we work together or not.

  3. 03

    The build

You see it as it goes. I would rather be corrected in week one than praised in week six.

  4. 04

    The handover

Code, hosting, domain and accounts in your name. If you want to leave, everything leaves with you.
